baby grace

Before Grace was born, her mom said, “We want to have some pictures taken of the new baby.  When should we do it?  Probably within the first 6 weeks, right?”  “No, no, no!” I said.  “I need to be there in the first week.”  She kind of looked at me like I was crazy, but there is a lot to capture in the first week of life that will change and disappear so quickly (like the flaky little arms, the fuzzy hair, the baby burrito wrap).  We can’t miss a thing!  So, I captured these precious moments as soon as this family would let me come over.  Grace was 6 days old.

IDE!!! This pictures gave me chills! Amazing Amazing AMAZING! One is better than the next, I think (if I would have to pick a favorite) would be Grace on the leather chair, I love the contrast.

    Another amazing installment!ReplyCancel

you’re right, these moments come once and go quickly! one week, again in 5-6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 2 years and so on. The first 3 years mean so much in photography to capture the rapid changes in children. Absolutely Beautiful!!!!!! Adorable!!!!!! I love every photo! I’m so glad the parents of the baby have these shots to cherish forever!!! Cheers!ReplyCancel
